New development of the free exercise floor construction.
Due to the new spring elements and totally new construction of the base we have reached the optimal rebound performance and a very high shock absorption during landings.
To provide maximum safety SPIETH offers the base construction of 14 x 14 m.
This way not only the performance area of 12 x 12 m, but also the entire safety border has the same foam springs and thus the same dynamic properties at every point of the surface.
High impact resistant long life foam springs in a fixed arrangement under each floor panel guarantee homogeneous elasticity all over the floor.
9 mm laminated wooden plates constitute the base construction consisting of 55 panels of 244 x 122 cm,
11 panels of 122 x 122 cm and a dynamic border of 58 cm to complete the total size of 14 x 14 m.
All plates are connected through a groove-and-tongue joint system, therefore they are easy and quick to assemble and disassemble. The wooden plates are additionally fixed together by means of 14 m Velcro strips (Reuther system).
The base construction is covered by cross laid dual foam layers consisting of a special foam of 20 mm and 7 rollable free exercise mats TRIFLEX® (14 x 2 m, 25 mm) with top-quality velour carpeting.
Velcro tape to connect the mats and white tape to mark the competition area are included.
